I recently had the pleasure of helping one of my dearest blogger boos and friend Delaila Catalino celebrate the 5 year anniversary of her site M3 Glam. M3 glam is a beauty curated site focused on connecting women and giving them insight into industry news. Delaila has worked so hard to make M3 Glam the success it is today so a celebration was in order.
The event kicked off at The Delancey in downtown New York City and upon entering you were transported to a mini beauty bar. Magazines adorned the bar along with an assortment of cupcakes and the drink of the night, Pink Plush, complimented the theme nicely.
Letter balloons decorated the stage which was the perfect location for photo ops throughout the night and to top it off there were a few beauty related activities the attendees could participate in. Founder and CEO of Haviic Cosmetics LLC, Aleah, provided glam mini makeovers and celebrity manicurist Ajah gave the ladies fancy manicures. After getting glam at the beauty stations, attendees were able to meet Jessica, owner of Hell Notes for Beauty to discuss spiritual tools to help enhance and enlighten their spiritual journey.
It was truly a great night as family, friends, fellow bloggers, beauty/fashion professionals and entrepreneurs mixed and mingled while indulging in delicious finger foods courtesy of Feisty Flavors Catering. Everyone came out to support and illustrated that throughout the night with messages of well wishes courtesy of M3 Glam’s note corner. The night concluded with beauty filled goodie bags as a token of appreciation from M3 Glam.
As for my look, I kept it simple and chic in my favorite Nasty Gal cape blazer, Uniqlo skinnies, Mango blouse, Zara metallic pumps and a mix of silver and gold accessories.
