I am way overdue for an inside my shopping bag edition so I decided to just compile the pieces I’ve purchased in the past 2/3 weeks. These purchases for the end of October have been pretty random, but for the most part I focused on boots, slacks, a blazer and pieces for an Xiotcy dance workshop I am taking in a few weeks.

Forever 21 red jacket / Side zip legging / American Apparel v neck bodysuit / H&M stretch pants / CL by Laundry thigh boots / Call it SPRING Madray / Call It SPRING Collipace / American Eagle Sky High Jegging

Fit wise I love the bodysuit from American Apparel. I purchased it to wear for this Xiotcy dance workshop I will be doing in the next few weeks. I will pair the bodysuit with some cool fishnets, leg warmers and an asymmetrical top so stay tuned for an outfit of the day post. What I love the most about the bodysuit is that once the workshop is done I can wear it with several different types of skirts or high-waisted pants. It truly is a win win buy for me.

The American Eagle sky high jegging and the H&M stretch black pants fit like a glove. I love great fitting pants which are hard for me to find. As we all know, pants vary by brand and for some reason my toughest challenge when it comes to fashion is finding the right pants; however, I am completely satisfied with these two.

As mentioned before, I am obsessed with burgundy items for the fall season; hence the blazer which I got a size up to fit more as a boyfriend blazer and it works for me. Every girl should have leather leggings because they work well for a variety of looks.

Moving on, I absolutely love all three pairs of boots above. The over the knee CL boots are perfect everyday casual boots that look stylish with just about anything. I purchased black knit ankle boots a few years back that I absolutely love. They are my go-to boots for everything; however, it is sadly time to replace them. I’ve known that for some time now, but the decision did not hit home until I saw my replacement boots from Call It Spring. I absolutely love both purchases and cannot wait to rock them.
