For some reason, I’ve had an enlightening  two weeks. From meeting up with old friends and discussing the word passion to reconnecting with myself and finding some newfound direction. Even my horoscope this past week, according to Chani Nicholas, was in line with my reflective thoughts when it ended with “Truth is my tonic this week. Drink Up!

It was refreshing to get back to the core of why I started blogging to begin with. I was starting to feel like something was missing from this platform and I was right. Now I can make the necessary moves to improve my direction with According to Yanni D. Spending these past few days reflecting has definitely been good for me.

I cannot even express how much I love this skirt from Uniqlo. It is super comfortable, easy and it was on sale when I got it. We all know affordable is always a plus. I love mixing prints and solids with a pop of color. To complete the look, I wore one of my newer purchases, a cognac oversized tote for everyday use (bag desires post coming soon) which I am loving. I am obsessed with anything midi so this was the perfect look for the day.

Thoughts on my reflecting in navy look?
