This past weekend I had the opportunity to attend the On the Run Tour concert with Beyonce and Jay-Z. Amazing is an understatement for how great the concert was. Granted I could have waited to see it on HBO, but when you attend concerts you attend for the experience. The On the Run Tour concert was indeed an experience. I could watch Beyonce and Jay-Z perform all day. They both literally commanded attention on the stage separately and together they were electrifying.

For the concert I opted to keep it casual yet bright with a black crop top, neon pink skort, black ankle strap flat sandals with studs, black and gold clutch, black and gold hoop earrings and gold cuff. My Marley twists were pinned up nicely in a bun and for makeup I kept it light and casual with just a pop of color on the lips. My look was chic enough to stand out, yet casual enough to move and be comfortable in. However, the standout piece of the night was my clutch/crossbody bag. I fell in love with this multipurpose clutch from Aldo’s. I quickly bought it the day before the concert because I needed a new black clutch to rock and I did so without inspecting it to death like I normally do anything I purchase. When I got home and started looking through it I realized it had a bracelet attached to it to keep the clutch in place which is the cuff that you see on my other wrist. Cute no? On top of that it turns into a crossbody bag and I wore it as such the day after (post coming soon).

Overall, it was a great night to watch the King & Queen perform. What do you think of my look?
