Here at According to Yanni D we are always coming up with new editions to keep the momentum going. Within the “Spotlight Series”, we will be including a new sub-series titled “Not That Gurl”. I wanted to take the time to explain what Not That Gurl is because it is a project that is very dear to me.
The Not That Gurl series is a segment where we interview emerging designers and emerging entrepreneurs within the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries. These are women who have put in blood, sweat and tears to make their dreams happen. Sometimes we do not realize how these amazing talents got to where they are and Not That Gurl is here to tell their stories. Once a month in conjunction with our Spotlight Series, you will meet some amazing women and learn a little bit about their journeys.
