Elie Saab is by far one of my favorite designers and with New York Fashion Week literally around the corner I felt it was an opportune time to muse over his pre-fall 2015 collection.

There is something about his pieces that truly captivates me. Having the privilege to work several seasons of fashion week and literally seeing these beautiful pieces before they hit the runway will always be a memorable experience for me. Elie Saab’s collections definitely stand out.

“Folk reverie” was the theme behind Saab’s pre-fall collection which included beautiful motifs compromised of floral, lace, abstract brocade and amazing patchwork. The color palette was a fusion of red, purple, black and a soft pink. Each piece told a tasteful story that the Elie Saab customer could relate to. Overall it was a strong and extremely flattering collection.

Are you loving the floral harvest theme?
