Happy Monday Loves! I apologize for my tardiness in posting, but things have been extra crazed on my end. I recently did a huge move (scary and exciting at the same time) and one of my bestfriend’s is getting married next week so the planning has been on 10 across the board. Even though posts are still going to be here and there for the next couple of weeks as I get through all the above and prepare for fashion week I wanted to post a recent outfit of the day for your viewing.
I wore this adorable hot pink skort about a year or so back when I attended the “On the Run” concert to see the Queen Bey herself (here). Since I only wore it once I figured it needed some attention and decided to wear it with a button down shirt this go round.
When deciding on this look I knew I wanted the skort to be a focal point, but I also wanted to rock my latest shoe crush these leopard ankle strap sandals. To tie it altogether I pulled out a favorite of mine, a leopard print statement necklace and complimented the necklace with some gold studded earrings. Lastly, I added this chic and interesting gold cuff that I actually got as part of a packaging for a fragrance. For the life of me I cannot remember the fragrance, but I pulled it apart from the packaging and knew it would be a great piece to wear.
