So here is some shoe truth for you all I am OBSESSED with embellished heels. Random I know, but there is something about glitz and glam on a shoe I love. Whether it is just a broach on the front, some embellishment on the back or the entire shoe is covered. Embellishment, in my opinion, adds extra personality to a pair of heels.
This past New Year’s Eve, the beautiful Taraji P. Henson was spotted at Pitbull’s New Year’s Eve soirée in a pair of gorgeous embellished mixed media t-strap pumps by René Caovilla.

Aside from the shoe brand taking embellishment to another level, the soles have a dazzling glitter-finished making them must have statement pieces. These beauties are definitely a splurge at $1,480.00. However, these are the type of shoes that you purchase as a treat for yourself to be worn on occasions when you want to be dripping in diamonds from head to toe. New Year’s Eve was the perfect occasion for Taraji to showcase them.
